RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dawn To Dusk garment and attempt to provide a fair return and refund policy.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange return, you can contact us at blankdawn1@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 32 Joubert Road, Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa, 8051. Exchanges are for your own account.
All returned garments are checked for any damages. If your request for an exchange return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Worn Garments
On very rare occasions, where customers have returned an item we believe to have been worn, the goods will be returned to you and no refund will apply as worn items are deemed unfit for resale. This includes garments returned with strong smelling odours such as suntan lotion, perfume and smoke will be returned to the buyer. Washed garments are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via an EFT within 7 business days. Proof of Payment will be provided.
If more than 12 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at blankdawn1@gmail.com.
Return Packaging
We kindly request that you do not squash garments into very small bags as this could damage the item and delay the process.
